For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are only eligible if they arrived damaged or defective.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are only eligible if they arrived damaged or defective.
Email hello@kavo.in with your order number and reason for return. Our care team responds within one business day with a prepaid return label where applicable.
Pack the item securely and hand it to the assigned courier. Returns are inspected on arrival at our facility.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
