Our formulations are designed to be barrier-friendly and suitable for daily use across most skin and hair types. Patch testing is always recommended for sensitive skin.
Are KAVO products cruelty-free?
Yes — KAVO is cruelty-free, made in India and dispatched globally.

How long does delivery take?
Metro cities receive orders in 2–4 business days and the rest of India in 4–7. International orders take 7–14 business days. See the Shipping page for full detail.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping applies to all India orders above ₹999.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email, or sign in to your account.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return window?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are covered regardless — contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
